David Zacharia has succeeded continuously in the real estate industry since a few months after college graduation in 1990. He started DZ Net Lease Realty, LLC, in 2004 after working for one of the more successful Chicago real estate developers. DZ Net Lease Realty, LLC is based in Las Vegas, Nevada. David has worked with some of the largest companies in the world including Wal-Mart, McDonald's, Chase, AutoZone, Dollar General, Family Dollar and Denny's among many others. He has as Broker of Record and Net Lease broker closed hundreds of millions of dollars of transactions and has several, long-term clients. He works with real estate brokers and their agents, high-net-worth individuals, family trusts, REIT's, and private equity funds, to help close their real estate transactions.
Though David is not a Realtor®, he strictly abides by the National Association of Realtors® 2024 Code of Ethics & Standards of Practice and the Duties Owed by a Nevada Licensee form 525.
